MUSEUM OF CLASSIC AND HISTORICAL CARS OF IRAN
Employer: Cultural Museums Organization
Project to approximate area of 3000 square meters of infrastructure and about three thousand square meters of landscaping. Landscaping includes the implementation of concrete pavers and the creation of gardens and ramp stairs.
Technical specifications of the project: The structure of the entrance building of the concrete car museum with a special design and concrete shear walls with an approximate height of 17 meters and an outward console of seven meters has been implemented for the first time in Tehran.
The entrance building of the car museum from the foundation to the end of the executive operation has been done by the technical and engineering staff and the executive team of this company. During these stages, the company has been responsible for providing various tools and executing concrete walls with plywood and ordering and controlling. The building is in the temporary delivery stage.

Technical specifications of the project: mat foundation, metal structure, metal deck roof and HPL facade.
This project from the beginning of excavation and construction and installation of metal structures and also in the implementation of metal decks and thin work in seven floors of parking, facilities and warehouses and five commercial floors and roof garden under the supervision of experienced and technical staff and the company and in sections Execution of retaining wall and execution of hardening and execution of 14,000 square meters of metal deck and joinery roof has been done by experienced and capable engineers and technical staff of this company.
PAYA SYSTEM
Employer: Paya System Company
In 1399, it decided to renovate a part of its factory grounds and was handed over to the engineers of this company by the management of the factory.
Technical specifications of the project: The project includes demolition and re-implementation of 120 meters of factory wall and guard building with prefabricated concrete parts with dimensions of 1.5 by 3 square meters with an approximate weight of 1200 kg was prepared and executed by a unique method. It is worth mentioning that the concrete parts were produced in a completely polished and very excellent way with the cooperation of Akam Concrete Company and were transported and installed by the experienced staff of this company.

Technical specifications of the project: Mat foundation with metal structure and composite and metal roof. The project has been executed from 2010 to 2012 in the section of foundation and metal deck and composite roof and then hardening work by the experienced staff of this company under the management of Mr. Sobhani.
SAVEH HIGH WAY SALT STATION
Employer: General Directorate of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran Province, Tehran
The project has an area of approximately 1000 square meters. This project is located in Tehran-Saveh highway adjacent to the first tolls, Tehran city, Tehran province, Iran.
Technical specifications of the project: project foundation in the form of strips and concrete structures and roof structures in the form of metal and sandwich panel sheets.
This project is fully implemented by design, calculation, supply and installation by the technical and engineering staff of this company.

MALEKI PALACE

Location: city of Mosha section Noor tourist village, Damavand, Tehran, Iran.
Technical specifications of the project: mat foundation and one-piece concrete structure with ubot slab roof system and insulated double-walled block walls.
This project was handed over to the executive department of the company in 2016 under the supervision of Mr. Sobhani. Three thousand square meters of landscaping with outdoor pool and indoor pool and safe room and floors with a useful ceiling height of 4.5 meters is underway.

This project was handed over to the experienced staff of the company after the execution of the concrete structure and the carpentry and appearance of the personnel and technical and managerial staff of this company are working.
ZAR ANDOOZ BUILDING

The project with an area of approximately 600 square meters is located in city of Mosha in Damavand, Tehran, Iran.
Technical specifications of the project: Mat foundation and concrete structure with concrete slab roof with a height of four and a half meters and openings of six meters and balcony consoles with a depth of three baths and a sloping concrete roof and the complete system is in accordance with energy consumption optimization.
This project is fully implemented from the design, calculations, supply and installation by the technical and engineering staff of this company under the supervision of Mr. Ardeshirdvani in the final stage of construction.
